Manage every detail using our simple software, or let our experienced vacation rental specialists handle everything for you, from licenses and permits, to listing your property and guest communication. Our process starts with our property assessment during our initial meeting. We will discuss our process in detail, and find out your goals and expectations, so we can start putting a property plan together that is customized for you and your family.
Licensing and Permits
Next is obtaining the necessary licensing and permits from the State and County where your property is located. We take care of all the paperwork involved, and make this process as easy as possible for our owners.
Next we send in our professional photo, listing, and hospitality teams. We get high quality listing photos to advertise your property. Our writing team comes up with the listing details and description, and our hospitality team gives you a list of suggestions for your property based on our experience in the industry.
Going Live With Your Listing
Once our on-boarding process is complete, the listing will go live on all of our partner channels (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Etc.), as well as www.staynorthern.com. Our owners have direct access to their property listing through the owner dashboard. This can be convenient for updates to the calendar for things like personal use dates, the upcoming rental schedule, or updates to the listing information. This simultaneously updates all of the other partner listings making it very convenient to manage updates from one place.
We keep security at the top of our list. We install coded locks on your door, so guests never get a physical key to your property. Our system generates a new password for each guest that is only valid during their stay. Each time a guest checks out, the property is immediately cleaned by our professional cleaning team in preparation for the next guest or owner calendar block. When you return to your vacation home for personal use, the cabin is cleaned and ready for you to kick back, relax and enjoy. Our owners love this! The process breathes new life into their vacation home because it is getting cleaned regularly!
Money In Your Pocket
Each month you will receive a direct deposit into your account for the rental income generated, with a breakdown of the total revenue, fees paid, and the net revenue paid to you.
