PAYMENT TERMS

50% DUE AT TIME OF RESERVATION AND REMAINING 50% BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN. $500 DAMAGE DEPOSIT IN THE FORM OF A HOLD ON THE BOOKING CREDIT CARD ONE DAY BEFORE SCHEDULED CHECK-OUT. HOLD WILL BE RELEASED AFTER IT IS CONFIRMED NOTHING HAS BEEN DAMAGED, STOLEN, AND/OR NONE OF THE TERMS ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN VIOLATED.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from www.staynorthern.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
